Welcome to your home base in Mammoth Lakes! This 2-bedroom + loft condominium sleeps up to 8 and puts you close to dining, shops, and the free winter shuttle, with on-site amenities for easy downtime.
The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, mountain-style condo with vaulted wood ceilings and a cozy pellet stove—great after a day on the trails or slopes. The open living area features ample seating and a smart TV, flowing into a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the essentials for simple home-cooked meals. Share bites and stories at the dining table or the breakfast bar. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll have three full bathrooms to make getting ready a breeze and smart TVs in the bedrooms and loft for relaxed movie nights.
Onsite, enjoy seasonal community amenities including a pool, jacuzzis, a sauna, and sports courts. Coin-operated laundry is available in the complex, and there’s a BBQ grill for casual cookouts. Please note the upstairs balcony is under repair and not available for use at this time.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Each unit gets parking for up to 2 vehicles in the open lot (first come, first served). A parking pass is provided in the condo—fill it out with the dry-erase marker and return it to the unit at checkout to avoid a $100 replacement fee. If there’s no pass, place a note on your dash with your name, cell number, and unit number.
• Balcony: The upstairs balcony is under repair and not available for use until further notice.
• Stairs: Stairs are required.
• Communal amenities: Pool is seasonal; jacuzzis, sauna, and sports courts are managed by the HOA and availability/hours may vary.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is available onsite.
• WiFi/Cell service: Provided, but due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Shuttle: The free winter shuttle to the mountain stops right in front of the complex (seasonal service).
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
