The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the essentials you need to cook at home, including a slow cooker, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Share meals at the dining table with seating for 4.
When you’re ready to relax or play, Horizons 4 offers year-round access to a community hot tub, sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. In summer, enjoy the communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations. Unassigned parking for two vehicles makes arrivals simple.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the lot, first-come, first-served. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit. Additional parking is not guaranteed.
• Stairs: Stairs are required within this home/complex.
• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Communal amenities: Hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry are available year-round; the pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are typically summer-only. Amenities are managed by the HOA; availability and hours may vary.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly per the HOA.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
