🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Private two-car garage parking is included. Guests may also use designated guest parking areas if available. Parking in the driveway directly in front of the garage is not permitted. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Interior stairs are required within the home.

• Hot Tub: The private hot tub is available for guest use. Use is at your own risk. Children under 18 are not permitted to use the hot tub. Guests who are pregnant or have heart conditions should not use the hot tub.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT-05960-0082.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
