  • This repainted Mammoth Lakes getaway has a gas log fireplace and a number of great community amenities, such as a hot tub and pool. The property is located within walking distance of Little Eagle Lodge, a family-friendly destination that's great for skiers of all skill levels. You're also a quick shuttle from downtown Mammoth, which has everything from movie theaters to retail shopping. Catch the shuttle at the nearest Green Line shuttle stop, which is conveniently located at the end of the street.

    This spacious, three-story vacation property is equipped with everything you need for a fun family trip. The living room has a cozy sofa, a TV, and a beautiful fireplace. Mammoth ski trip

Great apartment and location. It was hard to find as there where similar buildings and we could not tell which in it was. Took us a good 15 minutes to fish the building and apartment door. Called the property manager about an issue with the fireplace and they never responded or came out to help me fix it. Ended up resolving the solution without them

Almost Perfect.

Where to begin. . . We had a good time in Mammoth and this property was the perfect home base for whatever you have planned. Booking was easy, but the management company did not have all of the current information on what was going on at the property. They said the pool was closed, but It was actually open, and we were given no option to gain access to it. Next, the parking lot was due to be sealed, but we were not informed by anyone that the lot would be closed. A worker said that all the owners were notified in advance. The next issue we encountered were issues with the key. It did not work on the door leading the the underground parking area and trash bin.. As far as the condo goes, it was clean, comfortable (except for the king bed - it was very firm), and well equipped. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner because it is not provided as stated. Bring your own hair dryer. The condo is showing a little wear and tear, but is still very nice. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking, so that’s a big plus if you like to cook! Overall, I would recommend this property even know there were some small issues.

Great Condo Near Eagle LIft

This condo was clean and well-stocked. Plenty of clean towels, Kleenex, paper towels, TP, etc. We cooked 3 nights and the kitchen had all items we needed. The Eagle lift is a 7-minute walk, so very convenient. The condo complex has a nice large Jacuzzi and underground parking. Spent 4 nights with my family of 6 and had a great time. Thank you.

nice condo close to eagle lifts

We enjoyed the condo, underground parking, and proximity to eagle lifts/lodge. Everything about this place is nice with the exception of the wifi, which needs an upgrade. 17Mbps/sec dnld and only 3Mbps on the upld make it nearly impossible to conduct business or download movies, etc. from this location. Otherwise, we really liked the warm jackets in the morning from the heat in the entry/mud room. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. Great location.

Beautiful view. Quiet complex. Place was a good size.

A few issues arises. Place didn’t heat up right away. There were a lot of dishes in the dishwasher that were not put away and the garage door opener did not work. Overall, I would come back again.

Mammoth stay - Apr 2018

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be clean, inviting and as described. Didn't leave 5 stars because there were 2 things that irked us throughout the stay: 1) the Wifi was really bad. Yes, I shouldn't be doing work on vacation, but was annoying to not really have internet access; and 2) the front door locks should be replaced. You had to position the key in the lock perfectly for it to connect and it always took a minute to get the door locked/unlocked when going and leaving the house. We also had a problem with the BBQ, but property management was very responsive and replaced the tank and fixed the situation right away. All in all, it was a great stay, but would suggest fixing the Wifi and the locks for next guests!

Mammoth Green!

Loved the Condo for its location and accessibility to town and lifts. Very clean and charming. One minor problem: there should be better written instruction for the TV and sound system for the living room and the upstairs bedroom. Also the key which opened the front door and the access door to the Garage were difficult to operate. (Probably due to frequent duplication). A thought: We did question the security of the Condo, since the key opened the front door plus the door to the Garage. We called for additional Toilet paper which we never received. There were 5 of us and I don't think we used excessive toilet paper.
