Welcome to your new favorite mountain getaway! Retreat to this spacious, upgraded 3 bedroom + loft, 4.5 bathroom townhome, fully renovated with hardwood flooring, stone and new carpets throughout. Cozy up on the large sectional sofa and get warm by the wood burning fireplace while relaxing after a long day in the outdoors. The open floorplan allows for easy entertaining, and with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area that comfortably seats 10, enjoy the space perfect for entertaining. This property is ideal for large families as every room has a private en-suite, and there are are two main master suites. The downstairs master suite features access to the lower balcony, King bed, flatscreen Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, stand-up shower and walk-in closet. The second downstairs bedroom features a Queen bed, private en-suite bathroom with tub and access to the lower level patio. The upstairs master suite features a King bed, home office space to work remotely, flatscreen Smart TV, a large en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The loft has two day beds, each with a twin pull out trundle bed for a total of 4 twin beds, flatscreen Smart TV and Xbox 360 gaming console, the perfect hang out spot for the kids, with it's own en-suite full bathroom. Complete with games and it's own putting green, what more could they want! This home has a private laundry room with washer/dryer, a 2-car double garage with storage for bikes and driveway that can accommodate 1-2 vehicles. (PLEASE NOTE: THIS COMPLEX IS SCHEDULED FOR A PAINTING AND SIDING PROJECT AT SOME POINT THIS SUMMER. WHILE WE DO NOT HAVE EXACT DATES, THERE MAY BE SOME NOISE OR ACTIVITY DURING YOUR STAY) There is additional guest parking across the drive, we do ask to limit to 4 vehicles. The home is located a short walk away from the large community outdoor hot tub to enjoy a soak at the end of the day. The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the best place for your dream mountain retreat. Conveniently located walking distance across the street to the Snowcreek Athletic Club where all guests receive complimentary full access to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. It is a split level townhome with 3 stories. There are approx. 5 steps to the front door, garage access is at ground level. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Family ski trip

Great place for a family ski trip! 3 separate groups and we all had our own bathroom which was great. The older kids stayed up in the loft and loved it. Very clean as well, would stay here again.

Beautiful and clean property...great for family

This unit was roomy and well supplied. We had 6 adults and 3 children, place was very spacious and never felt crammed. High ceilings and plenty of room to store your ski/snowboard equipment. We brought additional kitchenware in case it wasn't available but they had everything you need. Will book again.

Awesome place for a group or large family

One of the nicest places we have stayed in Mammoth but also the most pricey but seemed reasonable. The kitchen was well stocked for the max number of occupancy and the seating arrangement was great for eating and games. Only issue we had was the amount of snow that was dumped right before check in which totally blocked the front door for the whole stay. However access through the garage worked out. Would recommend the owners to provide a snow shovel so that the guests could clear some snow around the garage and maybe the front door as we would have done that. We could not get 2 cars into garage because the drive way was not fully cleared width wise so the third car needed to be parked across the street in a parking space that thankfully was clear and able to be used. The bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and clean. So overall would highly recommend this place as everyone in our group liked it a lot which is a tough to accomplish.

After a steep climb of approx 10 stairs you will be on the main floor which has the kitchen and large master bedroom, perfect from older adults who can not master too many stairs. The other beds were luxurious with fluffy pillow top mattresses. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck.
