"Last year, I booked to go back before I left the Island. This place is truly wonderful. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious, the pool is beautiful, the beach is lovely. Snorkelling was great off the beach, the Hobie cat boats were fun, kayaking great. The snorkel to Taverua is a must to see the Turtles. The rooms are a great size and well kept. Linen is nice and fresh white. The couples massage was ahhh-mazing. This was our second visit and I can’t fault it."

"Bula Spirt was nowhere to be seen. Owner clearly is sucking the place dry and not a cent spent on up keep. Food was really basic, trouble with over croweded boats and staff are very unhappy. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Very unpleasant stay, such a shame"

"I stayed at this hotel for about 5 days as a solo traveler. My stay was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed from the start to finish. I had the all-inclusive package and the food and drinks were excellent. One of my goals of international travel is to increase my understanding of local and regional cultures and I feel content on achieving this goal through their resort organized activities and discussions with resort staff. "The rooms are often overrated price wise but if you manage to get a discounted price, smugglers is great for a couple of nights. The beds are very comfy. Shower is hot with good pressure. The rooms might not be new, but clean and well maintained. The kitchen and menu is the downside of the place. Menu is uninspiring lacking local dishes and the service is very slow. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and a juice, which took 45 minutes to arrive. When it finally arrived it was not crispy chicken,...

"Our room was near the pools and lagoon which meant easy access. There were lots of free activities offered, some of which were in the large outdoor pool if you wanted to join in. The staff were very friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy to be working at the Marriott no matter what they were doing...and had beautiful singing voices which we often heard if a celebration was held or a person was leaving. The breakfast offered a large, varied selection of food for all nationalities to choose...
