Så lydt at man kan høre naboens mobil vibrere og børneshows startede først kl 21/21.45 så den var langt over midnat før grædende børn kom i seng og der blev stille

Negativ : Børn tilladt badning uden ble/ pool lukning flere gange . poolen ikke ren nok / flere var syge inkl. mig selv .Manglede parasoller. Forfærdelig larm i kantinen under spisning . + meget friture mad. For få elevator , var ofte i stykker. Ligger langt fra alting ( ØDE ) Positiv : Super dejligt personale samt god rengøring hver dag. Gode faciliteter , dejlige lege områder , God underholdning hele dagen, for både børn og voksne og helt fantastiske Guider på Hotellet ( de får 5 stjerner ud af 5 ) Kommer vi igen ... Nej , det er for langt væk fra andet .

Børnevenligt
Alt i alt var det en fint hotel. Meget børnevenligt og tingene fungeret. Der blev gjort rent hver dag, så dette kan man ikke sætte en finger på. Maden som blev serveret morgen-middag-aften var virkelig ringe. Der var kun pasta og promfritter. Salatbaren var kedelig kun iceberg, agurk, tomat og gulerod. Intet spansk mad - en kæmpe skuffelse.

Expedia sponsors this property as smoke free. It is not so. If you don't smoke, or otherwise don't want your children to breathe in other people's smoke, choose another facility. Average food. At the reception the people are kind but the entertainment isn't that great. The rides for children do not work well. The property provides a minibus that takes you to Cala Domingos for free at certain times. For the rest, for the price paid it is what you can expect.

Noch nie haben wir ein so extrem lautes hotel besucht. Keine normale Unterhaltung beim essen moglich da die Lautstärke der Gäste "überwiegend Engländer" extrem war. Sie sind unglaublich rücksichtslos und auch am späten abend war ein geschreie sowohl von den kindern als auch von den erwachsenen bis 2 uhr nachts .. von erholung keine spur .. selbst unsere 4 jährige Tochter hat sich standig die ohren zugehalten.. Das personal sowohl beim essen als auch an der Rezeption haben alles dafür getan um das Chaos in grenzen zu halten. Können dieses hotel für eine erholung nicht weiterempfehlen .. wer Action mag ist hier genau richtig .

Pleasantly surprised
Food was actually quite good - considering it's all inclusive. Lots of activities each day and shows each night. It's great for families and the kids club is fun for the kids and gives us parents a break 👍👍

Leuk hotel, ideaal voor de kinderen. Veel zwembaden en een erg enthousiaste miniclub. De kamers zijn ietwat gedateerd, maar alles was erg schoon. Kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt. Personeel achter de receptie erg vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Geen beddenrace in de ochtend om je handdoek neer te leggen, maar wel om een schaduwplek te hebben. Weinig parasols. Het hotel ligt op een rustige plek, winkeltjes op zo'n 15 minuten lopen. Wij hadden een huurauto, leuk om naar porto christo of cala d'or te rijden voor wat meer winkels en mooie baaien te zoeken in de omgeving. Op 15 minuten rijden verschillende mooie baaien gevonden.

The hotel is lovely, v.clean, rooms adequate for a 3*. There are 4 pool areas, always found sunbeds and chairs to sit on. Splash pool is great, our toddlers loved it. Kids Club looked fab 10-2 (age 4 upwards) they did lots of activities & staff energetic. All Slushies/soft & fruit juice drinks/tea coffee/ice creams all help yourself throughout the day. Alcohol all seemed ok and true to flavour. Plastic cups are provided but bring your own lidded closable cup/bottle as there are thousands of wasps around all the pool areas. We did get stung and was constantly watching out for the kids so could never enjoy a drink/ice cream without being swamped by them so be warned! Food truly was bland, there was always a dish we could eat but no real taste to it especially dinner time. Breakfast was usual fry up/cereal/cold meats/pastries/fruit etc so all good there and lunch was same as dinner (i know its a 3*) Dining room is free for all, get there early to get a table as plates are not cleared away until you leave so they pile up on your table (only 3 staff doing the clearing so you wait around to get a cleaned table). Room cleaned/towels changed everyday v.happy Evening entertainment area to small for no. of guests - variation each night Shame Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, wish i researched more, walk to town centre with buggies took its toll as pavements v.uneven. Hotel rang for Taxis took ages & v.costly. Local bus ran hourly to 6pm I would not return to this area of Mallorca.

La comida-variedad excasa, desayuno muy escaso,vasos de miniatura ,faltan saleros,salón pequeño,todo a granel, incluyendo yogurt,mermeladas....helado...mahonesa y ketchup,ni cerveza ,ni tinto de verano en el comedor,tienes que salir al chiringuito de la piscina que está fuera con unos vasos de plástico que tienes que llevar encima siempre para que te sirvan la cerveza o cualquier coctel....alcohol en general y volver al comer con lo cual se caliente enseguida.Horarios limpieza algo extraños..

Personnel sympa, mais hotel extrêmement mal insonorisé, très très bruyant. Tout est fait pour que les enfants s'y plaisent (super installations de jeux) mais ceux-ci ne peuvent pas dormir tant le bruit est constant.

Prima verblijf in HSM Canarios Park
Het verblijf in uw hotel is prima bevallen. Het enige nadeel vinden wij dat de kamers gehorig zijn. Je hoopt dan dat andere gasten rekening houden met degene die er naast slapen, maar helaas wordt daar te weinig rekening mee gehouden. Midden in de nacht wakker worden van zingende buren is niet prettig. Zeker niet met 2 jonge kinderen erbij. Verder hebben wij geen op of aanmerkingen en was alles wat we er van verwacht hadden. De medewerkers maken het verblijft prettig!

Great All-Inclusive break if on a budget.
We stayed at the HSM Canarios Park, as a short-notice budget break for 4 nights in total, We booked this as it provided an All-Inclusive option. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful when needed. The hotel itself, is basic - but is incredibly clean, and the pool areas in particular are exceptional. The rooms are incredibly spacious, provide UK TV, and are very clean and comfortable. The food is of a really good quality, my partner is vegetarian so options were a little limited, but the quality was very good, so didn't mind the repeated meals. The range of drinks was very good. Overall, for a cost-effective break, I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle-bus to the beach, its not necessarily because it's far, but it is quite a treacherous/steep walk down. The town is about 20 mins walk away, but is all flat roads and easy to get to.

Chouette hotel. Parfaitement adapté pour les enfants (piscine pour enfant, activités, kids club..). Buffets variés. Pour ceux qui ne mange pas de viande, on y trouve a chaque service au moins une sorte de poisson et des légumes variées.

Nice to stay
Meals available almost nonstop, weaker offer on the bar. A lot to do in the hotel. Littlebit farer from the sea. Too many smakers without dedicated area to smoke. In general nice to stay without any issues. Nothing was problem.

Hôtel au top pour les enfants!
Je recommande cet hôtel pour une famille avec enfant. La piscine avec les toboggans est juste parfaite dès le plus jeune âge. Notre fils de 4 ans y a passé des heures, aucun danger pour lui, c'est rassurant et reposant pour nous. L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel très sympathique. Le restaurant est dans l'ensemble très bien et varié (il manque juste des crêpes pour le petit déjeuner :)) Le système des gobelets à garder toute la semaine est très bien et les boissons en libre service c'est top! gain de temps. Le point a améliorer serait les soirées... le bingo tous les soirs c'est beaucoup ce qui fait démarrer les spectacles à 22h, c'est tard surtout pour un hôtel avec autant d'enfants. L'arrêt de bus au bout de la rue est très bien aussi pour une transfert facile. C'est la première fois que dans un hôtel nous ne sommes pas réveillés aux aurores par des clients ou un personnel bruyant. C'est plaisant. Certains commentaires ne sont pas a tenir en compte, ça reste un 3 étoiles avec énormément de point positifs et un bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande!

Mitigé !
De retour du HSM Canarios Park , nous restons sur un avis mitigé . Le rapport qualité prix y est correct . Seul bon point positif est le coté parc aquatique enfant . Pour le reste , vous devez vous balader avec vos gobelets toute la journée pour boire ( gobelets en plastique unique pour la durée du séjour ) , nourriture correcte mais répétitive . Hôtel très très très bruyant ( restaurant ou plutôt cantine et chambres ) dû au manque de savoir vivre de certains ... Spectacle ? quasi inexistant ... Hôtel excentré donc voiture de location indispensable si vous souhaitez visité cette belle île de majorque .

Amazing 2 weeks here. Couldnt fault the hotel food is very nice for 3 star plent, of variety everyday. Entertainment staff make this hotel more than 3 star standard they are so friendly welcoming and will have you belly laughing from the day you arrive
