Dejligt ophold, med lidt justeringer
Renlighed helt i top. Lidt generel bedre information (feks. en flyer på værelserne) om åbningstider i buffet, pool bar, osv, afstand til nærliggende strand etc. var at foretrække.

Honest review- good 3 star hotel
*honest review* Loved the proximity to the beach - 2 min walk. Loved the cleanliness of the pool. Loved the dining hall space- large windows and buffet area so wasn’t crowded (October half term). We really enjoyed our holiday but the photos are very staged and don’t actually show the real hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels before and I found this really odd. For instance there are photos of staff serving cocktails from coconuts, photos of croissants on tables etc (realise this might sound silly). But when choosing a hotel, especially an all inclusive, I expect an unfiltered reality of what I see in the photos. Drinks were all served in plastic cups - so a wine is served in a half pint plastic cup (unless using self serve in the dining hall) and cocktails are mostly ready mixed but not very good. For instance a mojito is made with no fresh mint/lime it’s all made from syrups. Descriptions of ‘tiki bar’ and Hawaiian themed hotel are totally lost at the actual hotel and in reality the photos on Instagram/hotel website are all staged and edited. Reception staff - now I never like to write bad reviews but honestly we haven’t ever encountered staff this bad. They were very friendly but 2 of 3 staff we saw all week couldn’t speak good English and it was hard to communicate. We had a 3 month old and a pram and requested a ground floor room (no lifts in the hotel) we’d arrived at 5pm and were told we could only have a room on the top floor and to speak to someone else.

Il n'y a pas de parking à l’hôtel mais le stationnement dans la rue est facile et nombreux. Le personnel est aimable et disponible. La connexion wifi est excellente. La plage est très belle. La restauration est basique, peu variée, aucun produits locaux. Nous sommes resté une semaine, un soirée paella aurait pu être sympathique. Par contre les chambres sont mal entretenues et mal nettoyées. A notre arrivée nous avons signalé que la chambre était sale, il nous a été répondu qu'elle serait mieux nettoyée le lendemain, ce qui paraît logique, vu que le nettoyage est censé être quotidien. De plus j'avais pris une suite pour plus de confort, on est resté dans une chambre mal nettoyée jusqu'au lendemain ! Nous avons été surpris d'apprendre à notre arrivée qu'il n'y a pas de nettoyage le samedi ! A environ 200 euros par jour, la réception nous précise que l'usage du coffre fort est facturé 4 euros par jour ! Un hôtel 3 étoiles en plein soleil sans chambre climatisée, cela semble étonnant également, j’aurais du vérifier avant de réserver! L’hôtel est entretenu de façon peu professionnelle, les réparations sont très approximatives, on est dans le bricolage. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, les claquages de portes sont réguliers et les retours de soirées bruyant. Les horaires tardifs de départs et d'arrivées par cars sont bruyants car l’hôtel donne sur la route. Le problème est qu'ils sont quotidiens.

Das Personal/service und Küche waren top. Der Empfang und Essensraum modern. Essen war hervorragend. Unser Zimmer dagegen Horror. Schimmel Überall, feucht ubd dreckig. Beibder kleinsten bewegung im bett bist du 1m gewandert. Der größte teil der Gäste waren unzufrieden. Wir haben sogar 1 tag früher ausgecheckt um 1 Nacht gut schlafen zu können..Zum erholen ist das hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Bis 11 uhr abends Animation und musik....Umgebung ist auch nicht der kracher.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per 6 giorni… Sono stati 6 giorni terribili, siamo arrivati alle ore 10:30 del mattino , e ci hanno comunicato giustamente che il check in sarebbe stato alle ore 14 e fin lì tutto ok. Ore 13:45 ci dicono che la camera è pronta , saliamo e letteralmente era tutta sporca con tanto di escrementi del water. Scendiamo immediatamente e ci dicono che non potevano cambiarci camera in quanto tutte occupate, cosa non vera dato che tramite diversi siti dava la possibilità di prenotare. Così ci hanno fatto ancora aspettare per pulire la stessa camera. Per quanto riguarda il cibo diciamo che era monotono e il più delle volte non soddisfacente, inoltre le stoviglie non erano sempre ben pulite. L’animazione e il personale cerca di fare il suo meglio e sembra competente ma non riesce a colmare i lati negativi della struttura. Sinceramente non lo consiglierei.

Room was nice, a good size, and effective fans and aircon. Beds and pillows were not comfortable, but get enough drinks down you, and you won't mind so much. Rooms were cleaned 5 out of 7 days and the cleaners do a good job, and were mostly friendly. They do, "barge-in" on you if you are in, but was amusing and not intrusive really. Overall food was good, lots of variety. Local dishes were great, fish and meat was hit and miss, but there was always something delicious to be had, for each meal and on each day, with enough variety to keep it interesting. Kitchen staff friendly. The main pool, and kids pool, bar and general layout of the outdoor communal areas, are perfect, always a comfortable spot, where you can keep an eye on the kids, yet still relax. Much better than our expectations. The dining area, inside and out on the balcony, are great, although inside it was bordering on too hot, with no apparent fans or aircon, making dining uncomfortable. The kids entertainment was fantastic. The young lady that led the kids activities was superb, and the aqua aerobics each day were fantastic. All the entertainers were amazing and deserve pay-rises! Only gripe was with the other staff, bar and dining. With the exception of the bald guy with the tattoo of a rubric cube, and one other, the rest seemed to resent guests being there. Were apathetic at best, but bordered on angry. I get it was hot, we were relaxing and they were working, but it made things a bit uncomfortable!

Staff and the animation team was amazing, but the property’s rooms was not so comfortable and not in a good conditions. For snack hours there was not enough snack and options. Price/performance is excellent !
