Cosy apartment SUN OF THE BAY VIDALBA 3 is an exclusive holiday apartment with sea views and direct access to the Pinos beach in the paradisiacal Alcudia Bay. It is part of a complex of six identical apartments, distributed in two blocks, designed to offer maximum comfort and tranquility.

This beautiful ground-floor apartment, recently renovated, features a charming private garden and an unbeatable location to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and the natural beauty of the area. It is the perfect place for families with children, combining the convenience of being by the beach with a wide variety of attractions and activities for all ages.

Layout and Spaces

Upon entering the property, you can access it either through the main entrance from the street or through the garden and terrace. The terrace, fully furnished with a cozy outdoor dining area, is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while taking in the views. From here, you access a bright living-dining room, ideal for family moments or relaxing while watching satellite TV from the sofa.

The apartment has three double bedrooms with a capacity for up to six people:

The first bedroom has a large double bed and access to a private terrace.
The second bedroom offers two single beds and also access to a terrace.
The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for two children.
The kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils, allows you to prepare delicious homemade meals. Additionally, the apartment has two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The property enjoys an enviable location, right on the largest beach in Mallorca, in a quiet and family-friendly area. Here, you can find various entertainment options, such as water sports, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, playgrounds, and swimming pools. Additionally, banks, medical centers, and supermarkets are within walking distance, making the stay more convenient for visitors.

For nature lovers, there are numerous coastal trails and promenades that allow you to enjoy the fresh air and explore other charming beaches just 5 km from the property. You can also discover fascinating historical sites, such as the Roman city of Pollentia, its Roman theater, and the medieval town of Alcudia with its iconic historic walls.

a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

Posizione splendida davanti al mare

La posizione sulla spiaggia e' fantastica e l'appartamento, al primo piano, e' comodo. Si potrebbe aggiungere qualcosa in cucina, per esempio una caffettiera espresso, qualche tazza da colazione, e un ombrellone per la terrazza per fare ombra quando il sole arriva.
