As you mentioned the heating has been set for winter period and we do not usually receive many complaints about it, however we would like to apologize if we did not meet your expectations on this ocassion. Regarding the wellness area we always have had good feedback of it. There is 45 minutes of private access where a sauna, a hamman, an ice fountain and a plunge pool could be found in order to create a full wellness experience.
