Hoteller nær Mall of Arabia

"Amazing hotel and comfortable"

"Price is reasonable but when you add the taxi charges from and to the airport, the total price gets higher. The bathroom is very tiny and one struggles with using commode."

"We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight out of Jeddah. Although we didnt get a chance to explore the hotel that much, but it was very impressive. Rooms are huge, lobby is very nice, bathroom is updated . Its a hotel that is only 2 yrs old. So you can imagine how updated it is. We were very impressed by the staff and their friendliness. Very comfortable stay."

"The place is alright, the breakfast is subpar."

" Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again!"

"Very unclean smell"

"Hotel looks new with lot of modern features incorporated. However, the real soul of hospitality is missing. Hardly see staff smiling. Infact, the reception seems lost and robotic. Staying in five star hotels, first time I have experienced coming back form work and finding the room as you left it. Asking for the reason, "the house keeping was not told to clean the room. They cannot enter the room without permission". I am confused, is it good or bad. I mean, you trsut the hotel and expect them to...

"No bath matt, No shower curtains, so water was seeping everywhere, Missing toilet paper, called desk in the morning, nothing came, so I had to go down and ask in person for it"

"Clean room, nice staff "
