Two bedroom holiday apartment with a communal garden This holiday apartment is located in a quiet part of Malinska. It is near the sea and beautiful beaches, and only 10 minutes walk from the center. The house is located in a quiet street with family houses, therefore it guarantees peace and privacy.
The house is is surrounded by greenery and flowers, which makes staying in the apartment and outside very pleasant. The grill in the garden can be used anytime. The apartment has a big balcony - it is accessed from the bedrooms. Parking is large enough, located close to apartment in a fenced yard.
The building has three apartments: one for 4-6 persons and two for 2 persons. The fully furnished apartments come with all the necessary equipment for relaxation and enjoyment. The apartments have their own parking on site, free Wi-Fi, unlimited use of a shared barbecue in the garden and common washing machines. Apartment Matia is located on the first floor. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a large double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for two persons. It is very comfortable for 6 adults or parents with children. The kitchen is completely equipped for cooking. The two bedrooms and the dining room are air-conditioned.

Malinska is situated in a wooded bay on the western side of the island of Krk with another twenty surrounding villages belongs to a territory known as Dubašnica. The climate is mild, Mediterranean.
