Situated on the first floor of a charming, pastel yellow building, the apartment is furnished with modern style and consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (both with double beds and one with an additional single bed) as well as one bathroom and is therefore suitable for 4 adults with 2 children or 4-5 adults. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, microwave, satellite television, a washing machine, a children's bed and a highchair. Outside, guests are invited to dine together on their covered, romantic terrace and to savour a glass of Italian wine on their balcony overlooking the lake. The lakeside promenade, which wraps around the glittering water, is only a few steps from the front door while the local, pebble beach of Cassone 2 minutes' walk (100 metres). The property has a private jetty where you can relax and sunbathe, a parking space in the garage and an outdoor parking space.
