Villa Buenavista - One Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 12

This splendid and elegant four-floor villa is located in one of the most privileged areas of the Costa del Sol's capital, in the El Candado urbanization, in the eastern part of Malaga. Situated just 75 meters from the sea, it offers all the comforts and amenities you can imagine for an unforgettable stay with stunning views of the bay from all its wonderful corners.

At the entrance, expansive windows make you feel like you're walking on the sea. The foyer leads to a living room where all family members can gather during the day or night, with a large terrace, fireplace, and private library. The semi-open design kitchen is fully equipped; it features an L-shaped bar for enjoyment while cooking. An open space for ten people, ideal for dinners with friends facing the sea. Additionally, it has shelves and ample storage spaces, a pantry, a guest bathroom, and a laundry area.

On the attic floor, we discover a dreamy attic bedroom with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, a dressing room, and an additional resting area with TV, and a cozy double sofa for moments of relaxation. It also has a desk with a chair for moments of concentration.

Descending to the -1 floor, we find five double bedrooms, two of them with ensuite bathrooms, all with access to a spectacular terrace. A more family-oriented floor with spacious areas, large windows, 2 additional bathrooms, and a guest toilet. Descending to the -2 floor, we find the entertainment area, designed for the best gatherings of friends and family, with all kinds of details. An open area with a kitchen with an island, a dining area for more than ten people, a sofa, a TV, a PlayStation, a classic video game machine, billiards, and darts.

The porch's exterior features a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a billiards table (French billiards), and a table for 12 people to enjoy meals with incredible views. A meticulously maintained extensive garden houses a large private pool and sun loungers for sunbathing. As well as an indoor shower for convenience. The pool is available during the summer months.
