Hello! We are Clef Málaga 🌞, a young, family-run company from Málaga with a very cosmopolitan character 💙. We help both property owners and guests with tourist accommodations in Málaga, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, and Fuengirola 🌊.

The 7nd Corner, center apartment ideal for groups

This spacious apartment, located in the Historic Center,is just 400 meters from the famous Plaza de la Merced, in the neighborhood where Pablo Picasso was born and spent his childhood. Staying here makes it easy to explore Málaga without a car, as you can walk to every major attraction (including La Malagueta Beach, only 1.4 km from the apartment). All the city’s points of interest are just a few minutes away: the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, Muelle Uno, Calle Larios, the Thyssen and Picasso Museums, and more. You will also be able to enjoy the local gastronomy, from upscale restaurants to traditional eateries.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor and the building has an elevator. It features 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with single beds), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a living-dining room with a sofa bed ideally suited for children. There is also a small terrace with completely open views. Maximum capacity is 8 people (including children). You won’t find luxury, but you will find a spacious place in a fantastic location for discovering the city.

We offer an optional parking space, subject to availability, for an additional daily cost. If you reserve the parking space, you will need to leave a refundable deposit, which will be returned at the end of your stay once the remote control is handed back.

As in all CLEF Málaga 🌞 Apartments, you will find the following services:

⭐ We offer Wi-Fi 🛜 💻and air conditioning (hot/cold) 🥶 🥵.

⭐ The beds will be made 🛏️, and we’ll provide one set of towels 🛁(shower and hand towel) for all registered guests.

⭐ There will be shower gel 🚿 and toilet paper 🧻for a few days (please keep this in mind if your stay is longer).

⭐ Check-in ⏰is from 4:00 p.m. 🛂, and check-outis until 11:00 a.m. 🚕.

⭐ SPECIAL REQUESTS ⭐

At CLEF Málaga, we want to make your experience as pleasant as possible, so we offer help with a range of extra services (ask for rates). Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance:

⏰ Early check-in and late check-out: subject to request and availability.

🧹 🧼 Extra cleaning during your stay: includes sheet and towel change. The cost will be the same as the final cleaning fee in your reservation.

Various: excursions 🎫, taxis 🚕, bicycle rentals 🚴, etc. Prices will be quoted by each provider prior to booking.

In all CLEF Málagaapartments, we require compliance with the following rules:

🚬 Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, please do not throw cigarette butts out the window. If a neighbor’s awning is damaged, we may file a claim.

🐶 Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized. If authorized, additional costs per pet and stay will apply.

🥳 Parties and events are not allowed.

🗣️ Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into the apartment.

External works or noise:This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not ours. We are not responsible for neighbor noise or unannounced construction work beyond our control.

Linen and laundry:All our sheets and towels are washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, ensuring 100% cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. However, please note that high-quality cleaning products are used, and washing is done at temperatures above 60ºC. Some stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetic products (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and laundry products (active oxygen, bleach, detergents, etc.).

Reservation modifications:Will be accepted within the free cancellation period, provided the calendar allows it.

Clef Málaga Office Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends, our team will handle emergencies and important issues during your stay. For administrative matters, please wait until office hours to be assisted.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het verblijf had wat gebreken. Niet alle screens konden naar beneden. De woonkamer (voor gebruik slaapbank), heeft geen goede gordijnen of screens. Een wasbak liep niet goed door. Van 1 badkamer kan deur niet op slot. Communciate en locatie was goed. .

Misleading Listing, Unhelpful Owner, and Security Issues

I recently stayed at this holiday flat, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. The listing advertised more rooms than were actually available, leaving us with far less space than we expected. When we contacted the owner about this issue, they were completely unhelpful and refused to offer any assistance or compensation. To make matters worse, the lock on the door was broken when we arrived, and we had to go through the hassle of arranging a new lock and key ourselves. This was a major inconvenience and made us feel unsafe during our stay. Overall, the lack of care and attention from the owner, combined with the misleading information and security issue, made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Overview

Property was fine, not 5 star, clean great location One problem the description on the site is not accurate. There are 4 bedrooms + sofabed in the lounge, NOT 5 bedrooms as advertised, which did not start the holiday off well. I organised the trip and one of our main requirements was for each adult to have their own bedroom

Lovely views of Malaga and sunsets. Comfortable beds and great showers. Noisy, loud TV from neighbors until late at night, sliding door to terrace off the track and difficult refrigerator door were annoying. Great location with easy walk to Old Town.
