This apartment is charging extra fee after booking for an admin fee. It’s in a noisy area. The apartment itself is clean, and everything you need is there. However, it takes at least 3–4 minutes to get hot water in the shower. There is a small sink and a low cabinet in the bathroom. I hit my head a few times after brushing my teeth. There is a very offensive sewage smell in the bathroom after showering; I already informed the owner.
The bed is comfortable, but there is a window without a blackout curtain, so it isn’t dark enough at night to sleep, as the corridor it faces is lit all night.
Balcony is too small for two people despite 2 chairs, even on my own found it difficult to sit down.
Checkout time is 11 am, but at 9:40 the cleaner rang the doorbell and wanted to clean. When I reminded her of the checkout time, she said OK, then 5 minutes later she rang again to ask if she could leave her cleaning stuff there. I felt pressured and left. I don’t think I will return.
