The location is incredible, it is close to everything and the room and view was beautiful. We felt very comfortable. A lot of store’s restaurants and cafes are close. I would definitely stay a second time here!

Great central hotel and the perfect place to see Malaga’s famous Christmas lights. We upgraded to a junior suite and could enjoy the light show from our balcony. The only issue I would raise was that none of the rooms with twin beds had views and in the junior suite the second bed was a pullout sofa.

No cómodo para viajes de negocios
No es un hotel cómodo para negocios. Room Junior Suite: Mesa de trabajo extra pequeña, problemas con el agua de la ducha (cambios constantes de agua fria a caliente), televisores mal orientados, limpieza por mejorar en baño. Amplio arco de mejora en la experiencia de recepción también. No atentos a los detalles.

Excellent location and very nice and modern rooms. Unfortunately very unsafe check-in procedure where personnel right down and file all credit card details.. on top of having the electronic (safe) posnet pre-approval for guarantee purposes. When brought up the concern, staff just said the (un)famous.. ‘It’s the procedure..’

Excellent hotel
The hotel is wonderful, very clean excellent position but the best is the staff, the concierge Lazaro is amazing and helpful with the luggage. We are traveling around the world for years and the Soho hotel is one of the best

Je suis tres decue, la piscine netais pas ouverte, le 1 er il n'y avait pas d'eau et on m'a dit que le lendemain ca serait bon le lendemain la piscine est toujours fermee et on me dit que le sur lendemain ca sera bon, on arrive a la veille de notre demart et la piscine est toujours fermee, on le dit que ce sera ouvert dans l'apres midi et toujours pas je demande alors un geste commercial et rien a etait fait alors qu'on a pris cet hotel justement pour la piscine c'est inadmissible je souhaite d'ailleur toujours un geste commercial.

We are sorry about the inconvenience related to the swimming pool, and we are sorry if something did not fullfilled your expectations. Swimming pool was closed due to mantainance services. As you know, we tried to had a commercial gesture with you, offering you our breakfast service for free, but we never recived an answer. Next time, let us know your requests, and we'll try to do our best, in order to satisfy them. Again, our apologies.

Staff decidedly indifferent. At checkin we asked about breakfast. Staff said it would be served on the 7th floor. Next morning we’re told breakfast is fully booked and not available. Wouldn’t it be part of staff’s job to ask arriving guests if they want to reserve for breakfast?

NOG VEEL WERK TE DOEN ("STILL A LOT OF WORK TO DO"). 1. Als Expedia Gold leden konden we niet een uurtje eerder inchecken en ook een kamer op een hoge etage was niet mogelijk. Ik had dit vooraf schriftelijk gevraagd. Het uitzicht werd een "blinde muur" op de 2e etage zonder enig uitzicht. Bij zowel het in- als uitchecken ca 10 minuten wachten. 2. Op de kamer aangekomen bleek er geen toiletpapier te zijn! Na ons belletje kwamen ze 1 rol (?) brengen. 3. Het toiletpapier kan niet opgehangen worden want daar is geen houder voor. 4. We bleken een invalidekamer gekregen te hebben zonder douchewand waardoor bij het douchen de hele badkamer nat werd (inclusief toilet). 5. Handdoeken kun je niet kwijt. In de badkamer hangen slechts 2 haken en bij de wasbakken is niets geregeld. Die moet je dus los op het badmeubel leggen. 6. Geen tissues. Weinig kastruimte. 7.Toen we de tweede dag terug van het strand kwamen sprongen we onder de douche maar bleek de housekeeping geen schone handdoeken te hebben gebracht. De "oude" waren wel weg. 8. Geen nooduitgang instructie op de kamer. 9. Bij bed aan 1 kant 1 stopcontact te weinig voor opladen mobiel. 10. De bar binnen op de zevende etage is klein en ongezellig. Wit licht en weinig leuks aan de muur. Samenvattend: Operationeel is er nog HEEL veel te verbeteren EN onze kamer was niet praktisch ingericht. Het hotel ligt wel op een goede locatie, heeft een luxe uitstraling. Onlangs geopend dus alles nog in nieuwstaat.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, and if you din not recived the right informaiton. Check in is possible according to the availability, and it normally is since 14.00. We have 3 different room cathegories, and in case you wanted any in upper floor we recomend our customer to book the "double room with views" or the "junior suits". "Doble standard cathegory" is the one which has no views. Related to the room furniture. We try to provide our customers with the best services, and gadgets. We are sorry if they did not fullfilled your expectations. We'll take note of your comment to improve room if it's possible. Again, our apologies. Our goal is to provide each guest a good experience and we are sorry if you were not happy with the stay. With the desire to welcome you again during your next stay.
