The Space:

The building has several common areas that you can enjoy:

- 24-hour concierge.

- Multipurpose room.

- Gym with changing rooms. (06:00-23:00)

- Swimming pool open all year round located on the roof from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the city. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are currently no sun loungers in the pool area.

- The apartment does not have a crib or a high chair available.



Guest Access:

Your check-in will be carried out in person by a member of our team, who will personally welcome you and ensure you have everything you need to start your stay comfortably.



Please note:

- Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, free of charge.

- For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM, a €50 late check-in fee applies, as a team member will be coming specifically to welcome you at that time.

- Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate check-ins after 1:00 AM.



To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to share your estimated arrival time in advance, along with your travel details if available. This allows us to coordinate properly and be there to welcome you without delays.



Early check-in - Late check-out available subject to property availability.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a privileged area, in one of the only two towers in Malaga, close to supermarkets and restaurants, 20 minutes walk from the historic center of the city and 6 minutes walk from the stadium La Rosaleda.



Other Things to Note:

House rules:

- No parties or events are allowed.

- No smoking inside the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please respect the neighbors.

-It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the reservation.

- Please turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment.

- Please take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. For this purpose there are containers in the street.

-Leave the house tidy before leaving.

- Be respectful with the house, I expect the best from you.
