Stay with us in this comfortable two-bedroom apartment that has everything you need, including a free breakfast. <br><br>You can relax in a cozy living room with balconies overlooking the street while resting on a comfortable three-seater sofa. If you’re in the mood for a little downtime, there’s a smart TV where you can log into your Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Movistar, YouTube, and other accounts to watch your favorite shows.<br>The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need if you decide to cook during your stay: a fridge-freezer, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and all the necessary kitchenware. For dining, there’s a dining table and chairs.<br>When it’s time to rest, there’s one bedroom with a 150x190cm double bed and another with a 105x190 single bed. Plus, if you need to use the sofa bed in the living room, it’s very comfortable and converts into a 140x190 cm bed.<br>You’ll find a bathroom with a comfortable rain shower, a hair dryer, soap, shower gel, and shampoo.<br>We provide Wi-Fi so you can enjoy seamless internet access—whether you’re watching a TV show, sharing photos, video chatting with family, or working if you have no other choice.<br>There’s also central air conditioning and heating throughout the entire apartment, so you don’t have to worry about the summer heat or the winter cold.<br><br>In addition, we offer a complimentary light breakfast so you can grab a bite before heading out. We’ll leave a basket with everything you need for you to enjoy whenever and however you like. Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, herbal teas, bread, olive oil, butter, jam, and something sweet. If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival.<br><br><br>HOUSE RULES:<br>- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m.<br>- Check-out by 11:00 a.m.<br>- Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar events or parties, are not permitted.<br>- Smoking is prohibited.<br>- Pets are not allowed.<br>- Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.<br>- Please be considerate of our neighbors.<br>- The number of guests must match the number indicated in the reservation.<br>- Whenever you leave, remember to lock the door and turn off the lights and the air conditioning/heating.<br>- In accordance with current regulations, we are required to provide the personal information of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, once you confirm your reservation, we will send you the information needed to check in online, where you must enter your personal information before your arrival date.
