"I usually like the hotel, but after being bitten by the Loxosceles laeta spider and the hotel's handling, I lack words for the way they react, not even help to get to the hospital/or an email, a card to ask where your situation is (this should not be the hotel's standard) even after talking to the assistance room director they just apologize... so be careful!!!"

Kun et hotel til kort ophold før eller efter flyrejser fra Santiago Airport, det ligger fuldstændigt øde og forladt. Har en hyggelig restaurant, som også er den eneste mulighed i området for at spise."

"Perfect location for buisness in the center of the city, ½ an hour drive from the airport. Very nice and professional staff. Got a nice upgrade on my prebooked room. Located right next to Santiago's new massive tower that will be the icon of the city along with the impressive mountains surrounding the city.From the room I got I had 160 degree view of the city skyline with the mountains behind, spectacular! Breakfast was not up to EU standards for such a hotel, but in Chile it is very nice....
