We ended up showing up a bit early to check in - staff was great about being welcoming and setting us up comfortably in the lobby with drinks as we waited for our room to be ready. Throughout our visit they were fantastic about checking in and offering up services and assistance where needed. Room was also great. Highly recommend this location."

Two suggestions. First, change the red dirty carpet leading to the bar — it is the first thing people see about the hotel, and it is disappointing. Second, ask staff to pay a bit lore attention to restocking tea/coffee. It was not always done. "

"I arrived by Via Rail, was able to walk to hotel. Old town is also very close, and it was only 2 blocks to walk to the airport bus line. The staff was helpful in orienting me and letting me store luggage. The breakfast of cappuccino, warm croissant, and hard boiled eggs was great"

"Sempre intocável ! Sempre Four Seasons! Embora não seja um dos mais bonitos da rede, o serviço é excelente, com pouquíssimos pontos atenção . Uma coisa ou outra: um secador não enrolado num dia, roupas não dobradas e outro, porta aberta depois da arrumação , mas nada que desabone. Só questões de um pouquinho mais de atenção ."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. 3-4 minute walk to the Metro and near a few convenient stores and restaurants. Rooms are a little small, so beware if you are a bigger person, but overall the rooms are very nice and clean and I don’t have any real complaints."
