"This was my first stay at this property. It was clean however, it felt like an upgraded motel vs a suite Hotel. The luggage carts had rust on them. Nothing about this property gives "Suites". They charge for toiletries that other Suite Hotels give out for free. The only complimentary item is coffee. The rooms smell musty. I actually requested a room change because of the musty odor. The manager said " this is humid Texas". When I changed rooms I forgot and left my ice pack slipper in the freezer...

"I was just there for a quick overnight between flying in and sailing out. The property and room were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative that I found was that, while there was a mini-kitchen area, with small fridge and microwave, there was no access to any sort of items to use the microwave.
