I stopped going to this hotel as the guy doesnt seem to care about the guests concern, in fact my car got scratches and he never bothered to investigate nor gave an update he'd always give you negative response and often times not responsive to queries. They also have better choice of food. Staff are friendly and linens are clean. Best of all its the only pet friendly resort in the area. We could have stay longer...

"I've booked a room for for my wife. It's a new hotel that just opened December 2024.
- While not at a central location, the location is accessible if you have a car, you can get to at least where she needed to be.
- Hotel has dining and breakfast was included with the booking.
- Hotel staff are great. Approachable.

"The property is nice and very convenient if you need a place to stay in Bauan. It is not fully open yet and they are on their soft opening stage. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. "Amazing experience overall. Great dive spot. Took two friends for PADI open water course - was a lifelong memory. The instructor is amazing. Facility isn’t the best, but not terrible. Not much to do around. But that’s the entire area anyways. All in all, worth it. "

One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else....

"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!!

The staff are kind and courteous. You need to call the number on your reservation to schedule a free boat to pick you up and take you to the private island that Fridays is on. The Coral Gardens are right across the channel, almost a stone's throw. Rent a small boat to take you there to snorkel!"
