"Our small family enjoyed the vintage charm of this well-stocked three bedroom cottage. The owner provided several amenities to accommodate visitors to their home including teas, local sweets, laundry supplies, and personal products. We lacked for nothing. 10 minutes from the nearest town and 20 from the nearest large city, we were able to enjoy the quiet beauty of the Maine woods but access civilization with ease. "

"There are safety, fire and handicap issues which make this location a risk for fire and physical injury for anyone. The shower height is inappropriate for any age. Extension cords connected to space heaters are a fire hazard. There should be a warning in the description of the property when considering booking for personal comfort. We checked out early as we could not stay at this VRBO."

"Got this as a surprise for my in-laws for Christmas since they used to family vacation here. We did typical sight seeing stuff. The house was perfect to hang out at after a long day. Even on a rainy day we were able to enjoy the rain fall on the deck and stay dry. House is exactly at described. Hosts very responsive albeit we had no issues, but day off did ask for an earlier check in. We were notified as soon as it was ready for it, that was very appreciated. "
