"Hotel is in need of an update. I would give it 3 stars. Floors were sticky, furniture beat up, outlets were worn to the point plugs would slide out, and room gave off a seedy vibe. Ick! "When arriving Q was very attentive to our needs.
When we got into our room, we saw there was no soap in the showers. The chair in the room was dirty so I had to put a towel down to sit on it. Parking was OK. Didn’t eat the breakfast. We just had coffee."

"Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment we got there. Very good customer service. The room was nice and clean. It’s close to a lot of places and walking distance to restaurants which makes it nice since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot and we did valet parking. "I need refund. When I checked in it was 11 PM. The bed , bathroom was not clean. bed wasn't even made. towels were every where. So the room was totally untouched. "I stayed here for 2 nights for a family trip. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the breakfast was tasty! I spent about an hour with my feet in the pool. I did see some bugs in the pool but I think that's expected in the south especially when a storm was about to roll in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future."
