"Very clean and comfortable. Parking can be an issue. We enjoyed our stay."

"The room was clean. However the walls are thin. The people in the adjescent rooms could be heard walking (above) or talking next door. The beds are incredibly comfortable which makes for a decent night sleep minus hearing everything going on in rooms next to you or above you. The fridge in thr room was loud while on so it needed to be turned off throughout the night. Few amenities. Breakfast (not free) was bare minimum. "

"Room temperature was fine and bed was comfy — a big plus. But we had to request towels and there were virtually no amenities. Bathroom was not spotless. No shops or restaurants with walking distance. "

"Every staff member we met was extremely kind, the hotel was beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious. Great location & great rate so close to the mall. We were there for a cheer comp downtown but it was only a 20 minute drive. Would definitely recommend & stay here again."

"I stayed for 1 night. Checking in was easy, the rotating doors to enter were not working, so I had to use the side door. Obviously not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue was there was no bodywash left in the shower. I ended up just using the bar soap, but cleaning staff should definitely double check and refill if needed. Parking was a pain because I had to park 2 blocks down in a parking lot. Besides all that, the stay was great and...

"Everything was good, however i booked this particular hotel for the indoor pool for my grandkids ages 3 and 6 this way they could have some relativesrelaxingtime before bed. The pool was closed for the weekend. Next time I'll call the hotel to make sure the pool is up and running. "

"The water pressure in the bathroom, specifically the sink & the toilet was inadequate. I stopped up the toilet, apologies to housekeeping. The bed was really soft - it was an effort to get out of it. The chairs and sofa in the lobby were low and well passed their prime and also difficult to get out of not in a good way."
