"The staff are wonderful the location is a little problematic as there are only taxi sand the nearest station is laksong which is 4 km there are buses of course , if you miss the last sky train it's challenging to get to the hotel for a reasonable price , but with that I would still come to this part of Bangkok but it is not central for people that have not been to Bangkok before. There is a great food market out on the Phet Kasem road and a good sized fridge but no restaurants near by that serve...

"Positives first: the hotel is very quiet and has a nice pool. However the area was so far from anything it's half an hours drive from the city. The clerk short changed me twice, and most of the amenities and description on the site is far out of date, and not offered anymore. "Super nice and helpful daytime reception staff, and the hotel is very tidy. 24 hours front door lock. Super big and bright carpark with CCTV! Big room and a small balcony is a plus! I was little shock when entering the road but once you arrived their place, it was day and night differences ! Walk for 1 min there is a 7-11, Drive for 5 mins there is a local night market. Only few ants found in the corners ! I will come back again!"

"You get what you pay for. Its a budget hotel but staff are friendly and helpful. The overall conditions where exceptable although there were loads of mozzies around outside and security guard a little over the top with regards to parking..it did feel a little like a prison tho not that i have ever been to one lol. "We have stayed at penyos many times. It is very fare from the city but okay for us as we worked in the area. The staff is okay but speak very little english after 9PM zero english. The reason for the 1 star is owner Pete and the way he does business. Hi like to argue with us as customers and make us feel like he does not really want us there. "The good things firat: the hotel does offer a decent bed at a decent price. That said, the location was really bad, the 14 minutes walk advertised to the mall, was aparently measured in swimming distance, as the nearest bridge was almost 3 km away. In fact, unless you have business in the nearby industrial area, this hotel is not close to anything, and certainly not the city. The hotel is also extremely loud. You hear everything that happens on multiple floors and rooms around you. The place...
