"Communication and location both great, as were the Sails facilities. Our only concern was the size and layout of some aspects of the two bedroom villa / eg the powder room. Very small. And not being able to use the spa jets in the bathroom, but that’s likely a short term issue. Very good location and a nice pool. "

"The location is great, in walking distance from Alma beach and the rock wallabies. The room had a bad smell and was not clean enough with spiderwebs in the corners etc. We asked in the reception for an extra cleaning and they promised that the cleaning would be done the next morning. This didn’t happen. The owners dog walk around the property and it is a really nice and friendly dog. But there was several dog poop in the garden. There is a lot of noise and music from the hotel next door. One...
