"Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. "Communication and location both great, as were the Sails facilities. Our only concern was the size and layout of some aspects of the two bedroom villa / eg the powder room. Very small. "The location is great, in walking distance from Alma beach and the rock wallabies. The room had a bad smell and was not clean enough with spiderwebs in the corners etc. We asked in the reception for an extra cleaning and they promised that the cleaning would be done the next morning. "The bungalow are cleanand bed is comfortable. I like that there is a fridge and kettle , so that you can have coffe amd sit outsite amd enjoy the view . Very nice view , I love the trees we also spotted a koala in the trees amd some kangeroes near the bungalow. Friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend it "
