We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clear communication from the beginning. The home is in a beautiful setting close to activities. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities if we are fortunate to be able to come back to Maggie Valley we would choose this home again.

Perfect quiet cabin

This was a perfect 3 br cabin. 2 gathering spaces(1 upstairs) and nice kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. Note that one bathroom is upstairs. We would absolutely rent this cabin again

Beautiful place

The house is exactly as it’s shown in pictures. Very clean, very spacious. We did have a 4 legged visitor (an Elk) come right up to front porch which was pretty amazing. We will definitely be booking again.

Customer service is not very responsive

The place was clean and it matched the description. However, the stove didn’t work and it could not be fixed. We traveled with kids and we were planning to cook so the stove not working was a huge inconvenience for us. As of the time of this review, we have not received a response to our inquiry.

Good but with issues

The cabin was just as described. All areas clean and comfortable and the location was nice. All three beds, however need updated mattresses. All practically sink to the floor in a very small amount time. Better instruction on using the tv would have been nice (there were three remotes and no information on any of which to use - this took time to figure out). The coffee provided was k- cups but the coffee maker was for ground coffee. These are all minor things that we resolved easily - other than the mattresses of course - those all truly need serious attention. But if they would not be issues to the next renter, I would recommend the cabin. It is in a quiet, pleasant area and basically newly constructed.
