The property is at approximately 2900’ elevation with a paved access road (no 4-wheel drive necessary) and a brand new concrete driveway. Ole Hickory, an authentic cabin, is one story (only a couple of steps onto the porch for those needing easy access) and features all the modern conveniences including a gas fireplace and an indoor, two-person, jetted bathtub to soak away your worries after a long day of hiking, skiing, white water rafting, fishing, shopping, a round of golf at the country club, or just cruising along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The large, wrap-around deck and firepit area are perfect for taking in the winter views of the Smoky mountains and the award-winning golf resort below. The large, fenced-in yard is perfect for your small dog. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the owner's suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have Smart and Roku tvs with ESPN +, Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, etc. Ole Hickory is under brand new ownership, and the new owners are committed to providing guests with a clean and comfortable stay. Security device on site: There are two outdoor security cameras that record continuously onsite. One is located at the front entrance and another is located at the rear entrance. An alarm system is activated between guests.
