With 6 bedrooms (2 masters) a loft and 4.5 baths in over 4000 sq ft of meticulously decorated living space, it’s large enough to comfortably accommodate 14 people, but exudes the charm and coziness that makes it the perfect getaway for two! Enjoy the picturesque views from all 3 levels, curl up in front of 2 wood burning fireplaces, and end your day with a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub. The huge wrap around porch on the second level offers extended living space with a feeling of seclusion and serenity. It’s the perfect backdrop, with multiple seating areas, for quiet conversation, outdoor dining, nature watching, or a relaxing nap amongst the trees. On the ground level, you’ll find a brand new game room with foosball table, a private 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, a large laundry room, and a double garage that offers covered storage for your vehicles and/or motorcycles.

  • An incredible motorcycle museum! I found out about the place after seeing it on various tv shows, American Pickers, Chasing Classic Cars, and Jay Leno's Garage, included. Once you get inside, you really don't know how you are going to take it all in. It is huge! All of the motorcycles run and during our visit, the curator was starting and taking random bikes out for a spin. A must see!

The house was a perfect for our friends. The perfect size. It really needed a good cleaning on the inside and the deck needed to be pressure washed on the back side. The gas grill was rusted out and not usable. We had to buy our own grill. The check in process was amazing.

Great place for a family reunion! Very spacious and comfortable, and super convenient to just about everywhere. Some houses in the area are on super steep narrow roads, but this one was a breeze to get to. Two things to be aware of: you may need to supply your own paper and cleaning supplies, depending on what the previous guests left (we left paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags.) And you'll be doing lots of stair climbing; the equivalent of three flights from the driveway to the upstairs bedrooms. It wasn't a problem for our gang, but something to be aware of. All in all, though, we had a great time here, and loved the house.

Family Reunion

My parents used to live in Maggie Valley and for my moms 89th birthday we decided to have a family reunion. A total of 33 people! We had to rent different cabins. This cabin we had 3 children under 5 and 8 adults. We had plenty of room and our cabin was the largest of every ones so we decided to have our dinners at this cabin. It was perfect for entertaining 33 people. Plenty of room for kids to play (total of 11 kids under age 10) and the rest adults. We played lots of games, ate great dinners where there was plenty of room for every one to eat.Maggie Valley is a gem of a location to visit and play. Creeks to explore, gem mining, trails to hike, wildlife to see, restaurants and so much more.My only suggestion to the management company or homeowner to make guest stay even better is to have some fluffier pillows. All the pillows were like pancakes and those that like to sleep on something under their head would be super appreciative. Also, cooking for a crowd was difficult because there were not enough large pots and pans, silverware. We just purchased our own so not a big deal but just a suggestion.Overall, 10 out of 10!!!

Expansive and hospitable

Lots of room everywhere including a wrap-around porch with a jacuzzi. With 7 guys, we were not feeling cramped. Of course, we walked up lots of stairs to get in and to reach the upstairs bedrooms. Although a rustic motif, it's modern utilities were included, i.e., Wifi, TV streaming, and an electrified, fully stocked kitchen. No central air, but a/c window units that were all functional. This was a summer event, so no idea how heat worked. Some issues included lack of paper products, such as paper towels, napkins, toilet paper. For a large place housing 5 or more people, garbage bags seem reasonable to have on hand. We were also left guessing how some of the electronics worked, i.e., the jacuzzi, lighting indoor and out. A remote for the garage door would have been helpful since it required numerous stairs to basement to open and then repeating that trek after closing. The outgoing process seemed onerous for renters who have flights to catch: only 2 garbage bags allowed and charged for extras despite the number of users; no items, clean or other, left in dishwasher; No food left behind. With this knowledge, it would make the stay less stressing and certainly more likely to be repeated.

44 golf view

House was amazing. Nice amenities for the kids. Heaters did not work when first arrived. Called and the hosts got a worker there to fix it. He was a little unprofessional. Let his dog right on in the house with him around infants. The bottom floor bathroom had no power or lights. The water heater does not have the capacity for everyone to shower. Runs out of hot water after 20 minutes. For a place that sleeps 14 this should be fixed. Small things like this should probably be addressed. Other than that the place is outstanding. Lots of room and close to everything including.the slopes at cataloochie ski resort. Thanks for having us!

Gathering place

We have a blended family of 12 adults. The home was decorated so well and very festive. It had been decorated in tasteful fall decor all over the home. It was much larger than I expected and the bottom floor was very private, almost feeling like it’s own apartment. There is a tremendous wrap around porch with gates at the entrances, and this was very helpful with a small child. Check in was extremely easy and the property manager very helpful and personable. Check out could not have been any easier. I highly recommend this place for a family. It was very close to the main road. Could not have been happier.

Loved this house and it’s location. There were a couple of issues that didn’t get resolved while we’re there- door lock issues, refrigerator freezer issues- but we made it work. It’s a bit dated but has so much character and space! It was the perfect house for our group

Amazing place to stay in the mountains

This place was amazing. My church group was up there on a motorcycle trip and the location was perfect. There were plenty of beds, towels, and blankets. Also, the hot tub was enjoyable after a day of riding. This is one of the finest properties I have ever stayed at. We definitely will consider it again next time.

Please DEEP Clean This Property!

Overall, this is a beautiful property and accommodated 5 couples perfectly. We had a great time. Beautiful Christmas decor and we loved the hot tub. However, this property really needs a deep cleaning. The cobwebs were in abundance, the bed comforters were not clean, the shower curtains need to be changed out, there were dirty dishes, we found what looked like could be rat droppings... the list goes on and on. Cleainess of a property can make or break an experience for many people. We decided to just push through but we will never book here again. I would also recommend taking down pictures of the owners and their family members... it's just kind of weird.

Wonderful Place for Bride/Groom/Bridesmaids/Groomsmen

This was the perfect spot to be able to have our bridal party have a place to sleep after rehearsal dinner, get ready on wedding day, and come relax after the big day. The hot tub really helped to relax after such a joyous occasion. This place is amazingly beautiful and I truly felt like a queen in the master bedroom the night after our wedding. We shared many laughs and made so many memories here. The entire process was wonderful and the renters were so helpful and quickly responded to all my questions. This made my day even more special. Semi Annual Motorcycle Ride

This property is the perfect size for a group of 8. Good for motorcycles as they have double garage and paved drive. The hot tub was a nice relaxing end to a day of riding. The house itself needs a good deep cleaning, dust pretty much covered every surface and the baths have visible mold. The Wi-Fi did not work and it was not repaired for the fist 24 hours of our stay, and it required a co axil replacement. There was minimal TP on previously used rolls in each bath and no spare rolls to be found. Only paper towels was 1/2 used roll on the kitchen counter, dawn small dish soap also 1/2 empty. Towels were old and very rough, if you have packing space bring your own. Bring your blow dryer and all toiletries including soap, shampoo and conditioner. The wrap around porch was great, also has not been cleaned or swept in quite some time. Seems the management Company is making the money, but spending nothing on upkeep or maintenance of the property. Too bad, it is a very nice house.

Family fun with Pistol Pete & the Hooligans.

Perfect size for the amount of people that gathered there. The house had everything we needed for the stay. The check in and check out was very smooth, even getting ahold of the property manager was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this property to a large group. The area was beautiful, the only draw back were the trees that obstructed the view of the Smokey Mountains. We all had a great time. Thank you for opening up a beautiful home for our gathering.

Beautiful home to create wonderful family memories

Very spacious home with large wrap around porch/deck! Even on rainy days there was plenty of room on the porch for everyone! We had 14 people dining and space for all. The kitchen accommodated many cooks easily. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. There was an issue with having to take the trash to the dump. You were only allowed to leave two bags of garbage for pick up on the last day and with 14 people we had to make two separate trips in our car to the dump which was approximately 4 miles away. All garbage pickup should be included. This property had garbage pickup on Monday morning and recycling on Tuesday which we utilized but still had lots of trash by Saturday to transport.

Family Weekend Ski trip

This house was perfect for our family ski/snowboarding weekend at Cataloochee. The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family. The house had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the slopes.

Large House but .......

Although we had a good time, there were several things that made us determine we would not consider this home for a future rental. There were no directions/instructions how to use the hottub. The wifi password that was given by the management company was wrong (correct lettering but incorrect in the sense of capital letters vs lower case - which is quite important for a password). The cleanliness of the home was a C+ at best. I spent the better part of the first hour wiping down all the countertops in the kitchen & bar area (they were sticky and dirty). The house was pretty dusty. One of the ovens was very, very dirty and when we tried to use it, it smoked so much we couldn't even use it (one of the reasons we picked this house was because it had a double oven -we like to cook together- and this negated that advatage completely). Furthermore, there was dust and dirt under every single piece of furniture and in all the windows (bugs and spiders in the kitchen window corners). It seems like the cleaners just dusted in the middle of the room and there is never a deeper clean of the house. There was pubic hair in the basement shower. If the garbage disposal was used it backed up into the other side of the sink (so stinky and gross). The TV in the master bedroom did not work. The heating situation should really be disclosed. One of the rooms (bedroom beside upstairs master) does not have controls for that room so that person was either burning up or freezing and ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs (not ideal if you want to sleep and there are 2 toddlers runigna round the house at 6:30 AM). By the time we left, we sort-of figured out how to be warm in the home without either freezing or burning up. It snowed 4-5 inches while we were there and wanted to shovel some of the snow off the icy, very steep hill so that we could go snow tubing as planned. Who has a mountain house with a steep driveway with no snow shovel in the garage???? We tried to get out of the driveway without shoveling the snow and almost ended up in the rock wall on the side of the driveway. So.....no snow tubing for the family. Lastly, asking people who rent a very large home with 5-6 bedrooms that sleeps 15 or 16 people to only use TWO bags of trash or else take the trash to the dumpster(WTH) is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. The house has great space with lots of potential........

Early Family Christmas

Great house with lots of community room. Deck was such a bonus as we did have a very rainy day and the kids were able to still play outside. The holiday decorations were great and added to our Christmas celebration.

Our group of old coworkers go annually on a trip. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful home and the area is so pretty. Close to the casino and other sights. We had a great time.
