Located in the La Fontanilla residential area, in Maello, approximately 1 hour from Madrid and close to Ávila, it is an ideal option for those looking to disconnect without travelling too far.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and is prepared to make your stay practical and pleasant from the very beginning. Its indoor spaces are cosy and functional, with areas designed for resting, sharing meals, enjoying relaxed conversations and making the most of the house in both summer and winter.

One of the main highlights of La Casita is its outdoor area. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, barbecue, chill-out area and interior terrace, creating the perfect setting to spend the day outdoors, enjoy relaxed meals, unwind after exploring the area or simply make the most of a few days of rest.
