"Great staff and willing to help someone that doesn’t know Japanese. Hotel room was always neat and stocked on things that were offered and used. It’s right by the Sapporo station and malls. Not too far from the famous Tanukikoji Shopping Street. They also have a 7-eleven across the street as well!! "

"Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. Sapporo Station and places around there (shopping, Hokkaido University, etc.) are also walkable, but it's a bit of a stretch, especially on hot days. Check-in and check-out was smooth. There are no humans present, everything is done via tablet, but it works. "Excellent! Huge room, clean and with everything that was needed for a 5 night stay. Really convenient parking behind the building (limited spaces so pre-booking is essential). Would definitely stay again. "

"飯店離札幌車站約步行10分鐘，若搭計程車大概800-1000元日幣。車站有商場、百貨公司、地下街，挺好逛。 飯店一樓有超商，右方街區有Google評價破4的好吃拉麵店（雨 No.2）和湯咖哩，還有大型運動用品店、札幌藥妝大型店。對面也有間超市。 飯店滿新的，硬體設備都不錯，配色也喜歡，房間還有張小型躺沙發，電視可以登入Netflix，枕頭有兩種硬度。因為住三天才打掃一天，杯子是給三份，茶包在大廳取用。大廳等待座椅區很寬敞，氛圍很舒適。 電視可以看洗衣間（三台）狀況，但基本上都是滿的狀況。 早餐較有特色的是自己配料的海鮮丼、拉麵、冰淇淋、咖哩飯⋯等等。在北海道吃早餐是開心的事，食材產地又新鮮！ 飯店有自助退房機台，所以退房很方便！另外，飯店大門前面是內縮，所以搭車、等車很方便，在室內等就好。 泡溫泉要避開人潮多的時間，有些房客會帶自己的清洗或保養瓶，直接放在洗澡區，讓人不知道到底能不能用（？），還是當事人只是暫時離開，令人有點困擾。雖然飯店有在洗澡區旁邊放置物架，但還是有人放在洗澡區。"

"Don't forget about the laundry on level 2! I saw a washing machine in my room and thought I had to go looking for a Laundromat for a dryer. Thankfully once I had proper look at the buttons in the elevator I saw there was a laundry complete with coin washer and dryer on level 2. It saved me a 15min walk haha. Great area of town and close to the main station with a convience store near by."
