    2 Ping Pool Villas - 2 stunningly designed villas with large private infinity-edge swimming pools and stunning views Both villas (Ping Pool Villa 1 and Ping Pool Villa 2) can also be booked separately. This offer refers to both villas which can be connected via a garden door. The villas are located on the outskirts of the Chiang Mai city area. It is an unusually green and quiet location for a property so close to the city. It takes 20-30 minutes by car (depending on traffic) to the city centre. 10-15 minutes to one of the best international supermarkets or shopping centres. 10 minutes or cycling distance to the new city hall and the exhibition centre.
    As the villa is close to the ring road, it is sometimes quicker to reach various sights in and around the city than from the city centre.

    Each villa has a stunning private infinity saltwater pool (the larger one is 11x4m) both with Jacuzzi massage jet system.
    All rooms and outdoor living areas allow for fantastic uninterrupted sunset views over the Mae Ping River and the Doi Suthep mountain range.
    The villas offer large indoor and outdoor living areas with ample seating areas for hanging out, partying or relaxing time by the private pool overlooking the river and mountains.

    The two villas combined offer 10 bedrooms (8 bathrooms) - with double occupancy for 20 people - with extra beds possible for up to 24 adults. Additional beds and cots can be provided for children.

    Villa1: There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. 2 suites with double beds and 1 suite with 2 single beds.
    On the upper floor there are 2 suites with double beds. From one of these suites (duplex suite) there is a staircase to a spacious attic room with up to 4 single beds (can be moved). One unit has a free-standing bathtub. All bathrooms have spacious shower areas with rain showers.
    Villa 1 has a living room, plenty of covered outdoor living area and spacious western and Thai kitchen areas, fully equipped with oven, electric and gas hob, large fridge, microwave, espresso machine ... Villa 2: On the lower floor there is 1 suite with double bed.
    On the upper floor there are 2 suites with double bed and under the roof another spacious attic room for up to 4 single beds (movable). One unit has a whirlpool bath. All bathrooms have spacious shower areas with rain showers.
    Villa 2 also has a living room, plenty of covered outdoor living space and a spacious kitchen fully equipped with oven, electric hob, large fridge, microwave, espresso machine ... Villa 2 also has a romantic "sala" (pavilion) right on the river bank. All bedrooms in both villas have air conditioning and direct access to veranda or balcony and views over the swimming pools to river and mountains.

    The villas are conveniently located between Chiang Mai city centre and the attractions in Mae Rim - Mae-sa Valley.
    We also offer free bicycles for your shopping or tours in the area, such as to Huay Tueng Tao Lake or along the river.

    The style of the villas can be described as "minimalist loft style with a tropical touch". The villas have high ceilings and many wall-high sliding glass doors to enjoy the exceptional views.
