No pool facility
Booked this hotel as it had an indoor pool. Upon check-in (Level) we were introduced to all the facilities, including the pool. We went to the pool in the early evening just to learn that you need to pre-book a slot. Unfortunately there was no availability during our stay as they could only accommodate 8 persons and they preferred non guests that pay for the entrance. . There was no information on this during booking or check-in. A big disappointment!

People working at a hotel are very friendly, kindly, and wonderful. Salon bar is very good for people like to drink, extra price for a bar and snacks are very good. Breakfast area it is really good, but need more variety of things of breakfast. A surprise for me on my birthday was espectacular; when I arrived at a room later afternoon, I founded a bottle of sidra and a small cake for two, I was very excited when I founded that at my room.
