Nice hotel with nice breakfast, close to station. And even close to large roads and train station, very little noise. Only problem: too few power outlets. We didn't try the pool but it looked nice.

Et hotel tæt på det hele
Pæne og rene værelser, sengene små og ikke komfortable, men hotellet ligger meget tæt på togforbindelser etc., hvilket er meget godt når man gerne vil ind til byen. Morgenmadspriserne er ikke de samme som de opgiver på hjemmesiden, og hvis ikke man taler spansk, prøver de at snyde med regningen.

Travlt hotelefon overfor banegården. Relativt lydt på værelserne. Morgenmad ok til prisen. Alt i alt ok middelklasse hotel hvor man får hvad man betaler for.

Stor pool og god placering ift metro
Rimeligt hotel til prisen, god morgenmad. Swimmingpoolen åbner desværre først kl 12, hvilket betyder at der desværre ikke er mulighed for en morgendukkert. Lidt besværligt udlån af håndklæder til poolen samt besværligt billetsystem til poolonråder - begge dele er gratis men administreres tungt. Perfekt beliggenhed ift metro og tog.

I stayed at the hotel as I had to catch a train next morning. The station was located 100 m. away and for that purpose the hotel had a perfect location.My room was located away from the lift and was very quiet. Only problem was the fuse box in the room emitted some annoying noice.Very good breakfast.

Dårlige Engelsk kundskaber
Overordnet OK, men meget dårlige engelskkundskaber, faktisk var personalet ved poolen de eneste der ønskede at tale Engelsk, de andre både reception og housekeeping samt tjenere var ikke imødekommende mht til at tale Engelsk. Vi har boet på hotellet før og problemet dengang var det samme, meget nonchalant personale. Jeg tror ikke vi reserverer hotellet igen!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på TRYP Chamartin i Madrid, poolområdet trænger til en kærlig hånd specielt hvad angår græsarealet.Tjeneren i restauranten var enorm arrogant, personalets engelsk kunne være bedre men de var generelt meget imødekommende. Tak for 5 dejlige dage

My room, 1201, was very noisy. It suffered from noise from the lift shafts immediately behind the wall of the bed, from fan noise in bathroom and ill-fitting windows that led to a lot of street and wind noise. Shower also wasn't thermostatic and so ran hot and cold. Altogether very poor value for the money spent.

This property is run down. There was mold in the bathroom. Definitely not worth the price that I paid. Convenient to Chamartín but that was the only positive. The pool area looks nothing like the picture on the Expedia ad.

Decent stay near metro station

Old Hotel near Chamartin train station. The best: good buffet breakfast The worst: mattresses are very old and low quality. You get pocked by the inner springs everywhere. I would not recommend their beds. Area: hotel overlooks a park??? Or empty lot. Is walking distance to train, cercanías and Metro station. Area is under development, so expect construction everywhere.

Reception floor was replaced during the night and noise from the replacement process could be heard in rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. Also, the 3rd floor was labeled as a no smoking floor, but our room had either been smoked in before when the floor was not a no smoking floor or a recent guest had been smoking in the room. There obviously had been an attempt to mask the odor with a deodorant or air freshener. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Good stay next to train station
I had an early train so wanted to stay near the station. Staff were very helpful. Room is a little dated but clean and comfortable. Walls are thin, I recommend ear plugs. Getting into town was easy with the metro station so close.
