"Dear customer, first of all we want to thank you for the trust placed in Air Rooms Madrid for your stay. Regarding your comment, we would like to point out that Air Rooms Madrid is a recently created environment, so the facilities are very recent and all the furniture is still practically new. We regret that you may have perceived some deterioration in this regard. Unfortunately, as an airport, we are located one floor upper than the Metro, however the train service stops working during the night time, so the received noises in the rooms are very limited. We would also like to inform you that our gastronomic offer is adapted to the strong food safety requirements in the Airport. We give priority to the hygienic processes as well as to the COVID protection guarantee in the food elaboration. Thank you for your comment, it helps us to improve. Best regards.

The Hotel is located inside Terminal 4 itself, so it allows a direct connection to the boarding area just a few meters from our location. As we are inside the terminal, we chose to build a hotel with interior lighting also to try to isolate it as much as possible from external noise, that is the main goal during the stay.
