Hoteller i Madonie Regional Naturpark

"We stayed 6 days at Mangia’s Pollina Resort. While the location is truly stunning—with incredible views, a great pool, beach access, and a nice room—the overall experience did not meet expectations. There was a general lack of information throughout our stay. The website provided little detail on activities, and the weekly program was incomplete. We had to ask staff about basic things like the shuttle to Cefalù or evening entertainment, which could easily have been communicated more clearly. One of the most frustrating parts was the inability to access drinking water. It wasn’t allowed to refill bottles at the water stations around the resort, and bottled water was only available for €3 per 0.5L at the pool bar. At the pizzeria, we had trouble enjoying our meals due to an overwhelming number of wasps—there were constantly several on our food. Lunch options were very limited and overpriced. A small sandwich and drink easily cost over €20 per person, which felt unreasonable for the quality. Lastly, the service in the restaurants was not up to standard. Staff seemed stressed and rushed, often interrupting us and asking for payment too early. It may be due to language barriers, but some basic training in English and service would help a lot. Reception staff were kind and helpful throughout, but overall, we left disappointed and unlikely to return."

"What an absolutely incredible place! Everything went off without a hitch, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were simply amazing! We can't wait to come back and experience it all over again!"

"Flot hotel. MEN som vi sagde til hinanden, vi bor i det gyldne tårn. Hotellet ligger så det er umuligt at gå tur i området. Der fører kun en enkelt vej til hotellet, som ikke har et fortov og det er livsfarligt at gå på vejen gr. biler. Skulle man have en taxa til den nærmeste by kostede det 30 euro hver vej, ligeledes til toget. Der var ingen restauranter i nærheden, trods der på hjemmesiden står der ligger 2 med få minutters gang. Man kan faktisk ikke undvære en bil, hvilket vi havde fravalgt. Personalet var til dels venlige, men først de sidste dage oplevede vi smil f.eks. i morgenmadsrestauranten. Min mands kuffert kom desværre 3 dage forsinket. Dette er selvfølgelig ikke hotellets skyld, men man kunne INTET KØBE PÅ HOTELLET. På stranden kunne man have ønsket der var mulighed for at købe drikkevarer. "

" Virkelig dejligt hotel resort. Fantastisk beliggenhed. Vi boede i en lejlighed med en KÆMPESTOR balkon. Lidt bedre møbler på balkonen ville være fint. God morgenmad. Personalet flinke med en lidt frisk fyr agtig humor, men meget serviceminded. Gåtur til byen tager 25 minutter noget af vejen af en lille hyggelig sti. "

"Loved the chrispy chocolate croisants at breakfast !! An old school type of hotel with very helpful staff, 90'ies decor and good breakfast. Free parking at a big parkinglot next to the hotel (Great advantage because parking is always a problem in Italy). The beach is in front of the hotel and it is close to the sights in Cefalu. We loved it."

"Amazing location in the midlle of everything and only two minutes to the famous Cefalu beach. The balcony overlooking the sea is wiónderful, and our room was bog and modern. Highly recommendation. "
