"My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager had an extremely nasty attitude and was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. Customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to help resolve concerns, we were treated with disrespect.

"It was an okay stayed, kinda wish the rooms had a microwave. Also, there is no water fountain and we didn’t see a water station or anything, they do have a bag with two bottles of water at the reception desk which is fine but when I went to ask for some the male receptionist that was there was kinda rude because he only gave me one bag and mind you there is four of us in the room, when I ask for one more bag he then replied in a rude way you only get one more and after you’ll have to buy them....

"Fairly quiet hotel when we were there, fridge in room, free/ample parking and a supermarket and pizza place in the parking area which is nice to have. Breakfast was ok and an outdoor area to sit also. Where we had trouble was this - at 8am, with a Do Not Disturb Sign on our door, there was knocking on the door and then a hand was slipping something in to try and unlock the door. "The check-in process was fast and efficient.
Our room was clean and well equipped.
TV worked fine and channel selection was good.
The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map.
The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful.
The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!"

"This was a nice place to stay at a really good price point. To be upfront, we only stayed one night, so this is just a brief snapshot. The bed was really comfortable. The mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft. The pillows were plentiful and the sofa comfortable. The room smelled fresh when we came in. We saw an ironing board, but we didn't see an iron. Maybe it was in a drawer or cabinet we failed to look in.
