Private studio located minutes from all of what Madison offers! 15 minutes to Epic and downtown Madison, 5 minutes to Exact Sciences and the West Towne Mall area. Located right of the Beltline, this studio has all you need to make your stay, for work or play, as comfortable as possible! Minimum 30 day stay required.

The Space:
This is a studio room furnished with WiFi, smart tv, heat, air conditioning, kitchen, Keurig, essentials, private bathroom, and closet. This space boasts a great work-from-home environment!

Guest Access:
Guests will access the unit through the side entrance and up one flight of stairs. Access to the unit is done through a smart-lock located on the door, the access code is sent to you through your booking channel.

Getting Around:
Madison has a variety of transportation services including Uber, Lyft, public bus line, and taxi services.

Other Things to Note:
A minimum 30 day booking is required for this unit.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
