Relaxing, accommodating home just 15 minutes from downtown Madison. Room for two cars in the driveway, lots of comfy couches and armchairs, TVs, games, ping pong, air hockey, downstairs family room with big TV and sound system. Updated full kitchen and 3 full bathrooms, two with bathtubs.
The space
This casual and comfortable house has two kid rooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a full bed, and full bathroom across the hall.

The main bedroom has a firm king bed and en suite full bath with tub, plus a door to the back patio. Downstairs living area has a queen bed and very, very small full bath (shower only).

Updated and spacious kitchen, plenty of counter space, coffee maker, lots of cooking basics, baking staples. Dining room seats 6-8, plus more seating at the kitchen island.

Upstairs living room has medium-size TV, sectional sofa, armchairs, and loveseat. Downstairs family room has a 65" smart TV, huge sectional sofa, workout room (weights and treadmill), board games, air hockey table, and ping pong table.

All closets have room to hang belongings, plus each bedroom has a suitcase rack.

Guest access
You'll have access to the whole home except the garage. If it's going to snow, I'll make sure you can use the garage as well. Check in and out using a key safe.
Other things to note
In our house, you'll find lots of books, toys, and art, plenty of places to lounge and play games and talk or veg out. Our home is a safe and welcome space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC guests, families of all kinds, and anyone looking to feel at home away from home.
