"We stayed in hotel during the unrest in the Middle East. Staff was fantastic, everyone eas very flexible and helpful, we felt very safe! Bars are truly nice, location very handy. Highly recommendable!"

"The best hotel in United Arab Emirates, everything is perfect! "

"We had issues with the water regulator in the shower, it was either freezing cold or scolding hot. We had a maintenance guy to fix it 3 days in a row, and by the end when they couldn't fix it, they blamed us for not using it correctly. Pretty much ruined our stay."

"Only problem no sun by the pool. Clean and god service."

"We chose this hotel as the location was close to the event we were going to. We arrived before the check in time but was given our room right away, which was highly appreciated after a 10 hours+ flight.Nice room and bathroom with a free mini bar that held a few items that were restocked every day. There is a Nespresso machine and capsules are given every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the road and is was quite noisy during the night as the hotel is located at...

"Best hotel in Dubai. Delicious breakfast. Big swimming pool and a stunning sea view. "

"We got upgraded to a suite, which of course made the stay much better. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is a nice hotel with good facilities and very helpsome staff. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing. They have pork license - that was nice - and we had a fantastic meal in the Sportsbar. Extremely nice sportsbar. The lifeguard was from Sri Lanka. Such a nice person. Fantastic view from the rooftop pool. We will be back"

"The receptionist is a disgusting rude pathetic uneducated piece of sh*t. I was traveling with my aunt. She is a 75 year old lady. I booked a 2 bedroom non smoking room. We were travelling all day and when we arrived at 2 in the morning, the stupid receptionist made a joke about upgrading us to a king size bed. I looked at him in disbelief and i said. Thats my aunt. She is 75 years old. And he kept making the stupid joke 4 or 5 more times until i said. No. Whats wrong with you. The hotel is...
