We took her advice - less can sometimes be more - and explored and enjoyed the local coastline and experieces to the full, ensuring we have to come back for more!! "Beautiful home with ample room for two families. We were greeted by the host who took the time to show us around and followed up with us to make sure all was going well. She provided us with milk, cream, coffee and tea which was much appreciated. It is newly remodeled, each room was lovely and well kept. There is outdoor furniture and the lawn rolls down to the sea. It's a combination of old world in a farmhouse over 200 years old with restored stone walls, old family photos and original furniture with modern touches such as USB ports, modern lighting. "You need to drive om small but scenic roads to get there - but when you arrive you are met with the most impressive view. The pictures shown in the advert are real! :-) The house is placed in a very beautiful spot - with at great view. The house itself is in a very good condition, clean and tidy and eco friendly - and very tasteful arranged. Everything worked and Doris, the landlady was available by mail and phone all the time for any questions. I will definitely recommend this place to others...

"The house is sited on a hill overlooking the water and harbor of Kinsale. It is a large property, plenty of room for kids to enjoy the outside. The house is comfortable and spacious. The house could use a few things to make a stay easier. Figuring out the appliances and washer is a task. The instruction books have been shredded to some degree over the years, and it took far too long to figure out the different appliances. "Everything was mostly clean, but using the water heater was an adjustment and neither of the toilets flushed correctly. That was quickly fixed by maintenance though. My only real complaint about the property was the noise level. It seems that these apartments are rented out to large groups of students who party and make an unbelievable amount of noise. Great amenities, not so great with the noise. "
