Instead of ordering a taxi for us the receptionist drove us himself the 10min ride, gave us his number and said to call if we had any problems getting a taxi back or if we had any questions. Free of charge! Thanks guys and keep up the good work."

I felt so reassured by the staff’s friendly approach to ensuring a pleasant stay and of course my safety. Wifi in the room is stabilt. I used the accommodation as base for road trips which worked fine. Diego Martin and Port of Spain have a high crime rate according to locals; be aware of this."

"We got another apartment than we booked, and when we checked in, the whole apartment stank of dogs and was full of dog hairs. The kitchen and especially fridge was very mouldy and dirty and the overall impression of the place was not good with dogs barking all night leaving no sleep. Not even with earplugs. The whole area and especially their own dogs was extremely loud. We adressed these issues to the owner who tried to accomodate us but didnt help. We checked out early to find a better place"
