This modern, tastefully decorated house has 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the externally accessed guest suite. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and ensuite, and bedroom two has a queen size bed. There is a bathroom on this level.
Bedroom three is on the lower level and has two single beds. The main bathroom is on this level and has a bath. There is also a sitting room with another television. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The laundry has a front loading washing machine and dryer.
The main living is on the upper level. Open plan kitchen, lounge room and dining area. There is a combustion fireplace for the winter nights - bring your own wood. There are ceiling fans in the main living area and all bedrooms. There is also a deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Guest suite has two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has two single beds. There is also a small kitchen and lounge room with television.

The property will accept small dogs, however, it is not fenced. Please remove all evidence of your pet.
