"I was given a handicapped-accessible room even though I did not request one. As a tall person, the low sink was uncomfortable and difficult to use.
The cleanliness was the biggest issue. After using the shower, I wiped down the floor with a towel, and the towel came away black with dirt. After seeing that, I started wearing flip-flops in the bathroom. The carpet in the room also appeared very dirty and did not feel clean.

"Lovely stay Ann-Maree was so welcoming lovely room with an amazing view and all the amenities you could hope for. Ended our visit with a superb breakfast and lots of tips for our onward travel and a great podcast recommendation for the drive to Mount Cook. Hope to return one day."
