"The management complimentary upgraded us from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom home with a beautiful terrace.We loved the space,decors.Every detail was accounted for.Fully stocked kitchen etc.A friendly staff assisted with getting our bags across cobblestone street and were always available to answer questions."

"The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. "
