"Not a good experience at all. Run down and dirty. Stunk. Tiniest bathroom-size of airplane bathroom. Got bites all over my arms and legs at night from something. Bites turned into welts and caused muscle pain. Breakfast in morning was cold. Warmer under food was not plugged in. Staff were trying to be helpful but didn’t know English well. Got charged for two nights but only stayed one. Tried calling them for almost 4 months prior to reservation to cancel second night and they never got back to...

"Nreat hotel for a stay in Aguas Calientes. It's not mentioned in the descrition but to get to the hotel, you will need to go through steep steps. Still hotel its nice, has a nice view and the location is great."
