"Perfect location. "

"Wished we were staying longer! The room was clean and comfy, with a nice hot shower. The staff were very helpful and flexible with everything, including giving us breakfast to go and letting us leave our bags after check out. Great value for the price as well, I would highly recommend."

"Excelente servicio."

"Nos encantó el hotel, instalaciones, amenidades, servicio , comida, actividades y sobre todo la cercanía con Machu Picchu inmejorable! Gracias a todo el staff : Alex, Joshimar, Alex de la entrada , Elizabeth . GRACIAS!"

"Meget venligt personale. God service og god morgenmad. Men vi havde booket værelse med bjergudsigt, og der var der ikke meget af. Træerne var vokset og der var bygget et hus, så det var svært at se bjergene. Derfor kun fire stjerner."

"Not a good experience at all. Run down and dirty. Stunk. Tiniest bathroom-size of airplane bathroom. Got bites all over my arms and legs at night from something. Bites turned into welts and caused muscle pain. Breakfast in morning was cold. Warmer under food was not plugged in. Staff were trying to be helpful but didn’t know English well. Got charged for two nights but only stayed one. Tried calling them for almost 4 months prior to reservation to cancel second night and they never got back to...

"Limpieza, ubicación"

"Great view + good location. Check out the waterfalls outside the town"

"Wonderful place close to the bus"

"We stayed with our family. Its a really nice location. We left our bags here while we went to Machu Picchu. Adter it was a 5 minute walk to get our bags and then another 5 minutes to go to the train station."

"Disappointing Stay – Better Options Available for the Same Price The hotel was pretty basic and did not offer good value for the price. The staff were not available 24/7, so whenever we had an issue, we had to wait for someone or go all the way down to the restaurant and ask them to contact the hotel staff. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned, and the toilet had issues with the flush, which made the stay less comfortable. Overall, the experience was disappointing. For the same price,...

"Clean room and facilities. Friendly staff"

"Finding the hotel was difficult but we were lucky to find the Tourism Office and after a quick call a hotel member appeared and escorted us to the hotel. It is a budget hotel although as it was only for one night it acceptable, well that was until we found out they they had allocated our double room to someone else, and she was travelling on her own!!! The room they offered us instead was directly facing the sun and the temperature was well over 40 degrees even with the curtains closed. And the...

"Rent, sødt personale, god morgenmad. Eneste minus var lidt larm fra togskinnerne. "

"Their location is unbeatable! You just have to walk down the stairs to catch the bus to Machu Picchu, and the train station is right across the street. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. However, the price was supposed to be $170. The lady asked if I wanted to be charged in soles (Peruvian currency), which I agreed to because paying in the local currency is usually more beneficial when it comes to bank exchange rates. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The...

"Location is excellent and is just a minute walk to the Bus station, Train Station and center. The AC was leaking water for the first 2 nights and was not working on the 3rd night when they shifted me to a new room. A floor fan was provided on request. The hotel is located right in front of train tracks and I have heard train go through a couple of times after 10 pm but it's not too bothersome if your room is situated on the stream side. Overall, I felt the price was too high for the quality of...
